The DTE Energy Music Theater originally opened in 1972 and is a 15,274 seat venue with more than 7,200 reserved seats inside the pavilion and an additional 8,000 seats in the lawn section. The venue is one of the top selling outdoor concert venues in the world and has won numerous awards for being one of the most popular amphitheater venues including from Pollstar and Billboard.
